Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and followed up on.
- Use a consultative, customer-first approach to educate clients about various insurance options.
- Proactively develop leads, schedule meetings, assess customer needs, and suggest the best products and services to fit those needs.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Our office is located in North East, Maryland.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2005.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- We currently have 15 team members at our agency.
- We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
